Flip It Fast Zippo trick:
Open with a palm squeeze. 

Turn the lighter around your ring, middle and index fingers and then hold with your thumb. 

Bring the middle on the cap and do the fast light lighting or the flesh torch one. 

Close anyway you like, but I prefer flipping around a couple times.
