This one is good if you have your lighter sitting on the table and someone needs a light.

With the lighter on the table and hinge facing towards you grab with your index, 
middle and thumb on the case and ring finger on the lid. 
Open with ring. 
Swing the case between ring and middle.
Grab the lid with index and thumb and ignite with the middle finger.
