Jackson's Human-ness Zippo trick:
Ah yes, another new squeeze. This is the opposite of the Evil Bart Squeeze in Entertainment Editor, 
and thusly I christen it the Evil Anti-Bart Squeeze.  

So bone up on E.E. and hold it the same way, except between ring and thumb. 

Use middle to push cap corner opposite the hinge.  Bottom will flip around; 
catch it at the base of middle and use middle to light. 

Move ring/thumb grip off the cap to the body, and swing the cap shut to close. 

You can easily do this trick between the middle and thumb and use the index to light as well, 
but I found it a little harder to do it this way.
