Place the top hinge side corner of the lighter on your thumb. Place your index finger on the opposite 
corner, bottom opening side. 

Squeeze fingers together, allow your index finger to slide along the opening side until it reaches the lid.
The lighter will pop open and you are now holding the lighter by the lid with your index finger on 
the opening side and your thumb on the hinge side.
Swing lighter in towards your hand. Catch by hinge section with your ring and middle finger.
Bend middle finger forward and grab the reverse face of the lighter with your index finger.
Zip the wheel with your thumb to ignite.
Note: A smooth finish makes the opening part of this trick much easier. 
To be able to do it with a sticky finish such as copper or brass it takes a dry surface and a 
bit more practice; the squeeze open in this trick is 9/10 of the battle. After that you can 
do pretty much whatever you want.
