Money From The Government Zippo trick:
Hold the body of the lighter in your dominant hand with your thumb and in
dex finger, the cap up and the hinge towards the web of your hand. 

Do and upward karate chop motion to open the lighter, 
now as you bring the chopping motion down to light the lighter. 

As you light it immediately spin the lighter 360 degrees backwards through the "pipe". 

Again with immediacy hit the bottom corner of the lighter to send it spinning in the air. 

Catch, close, be cool.
