Ode To Flamers English GooFly Zippo trick:
Hold the lighter upside-down with your thumb on the cap, just below the thin side opening, 
and your middle finger just under the hinge (pointing away from you). 

With a flick of your wrist start as with English Rose. 
As the lighter opens insert your index finger between the cap and chimney. 

As you remove your thumb, cross your index finger over your middle finger and 
exchange your index finger with your ring finger, continuing the rotation. 

Instead of lighting with your thumb at this point (as with English Rose) allow the lighter to swing 
smoothly into the Goofy lighting position (little, ring and middle fingers curled into your palm, 
striking wheel resting on the pad of skin at the base of your index finger, index finger reaching 
along the side of the lighter resting on the base corner above the striking wheel, and your thumb 
resting on the flat side of the base). 

At this point you can decide to light with the standard Goofy light or carry out a flying 
Goofy using the Snoop Goody Dog move. The maneuver is the same as in Snoop Goody Dog 
except the lighter is resting under the index finger rather than the middle finger. 
Rotate your hand (if necessary) until the palm is facing up. 
Apply quite a bit of force pushing down with your index finger to strike the wheel against 
that pad of skin, at the same time give your hand a little upward jolt and release the lighter. 
The lighter should go flying though the air in a 360 and land nicely in the palm of your hand. 
Height depends on the force used and the jolt you give your hand. 
Close anyway you like.
