Pornstar Tester Zippo trick:
Place your dominant hand in front of your face pointing up. 

Turn your hand and bend your wrist 90 degrees - notice it only goes one way. 

Place the lighter upside down on the side of your middle finger, 
the lid should be resting perpendicular on your middle finger. 

Gently cradle the hinge part with your index finger. 

Place your thumb on the bottom corner of the lighter closest to you. 

Squeeze the lighter and allow your thumb to quickly slide across the 
opening side of the lighter, catching the lid when it gets there. 

The lighter should now be open. You are now holding it by the lid 
between your thumb and index finger. 

Squeeze the lighter again, it will flip 90 degrees out from your palm 
so that you are holding it by the lid with your thumb on the reverse face of the lid, 
and your index finger on the front face of the lid. 

Using your thumb and index finger as a pivot, allow the lighter to fall into your palm. 

Ignite by striking the wheel with your ring finger. 

Snap close, and your done, pretty slick eh? 

Note: If you can't get the squeeze open try just "popping" your thumb off the bottom 
corner and catch the lid of the lighter, so that it opens and hangs off your index finger. 
Finishes play a small roll in the opening of the lighter in this trick.
