Tumblewheed Zippo trick:
Hold the cap with your middle finger and thumb with the hinge facing downwards. 

Push your index finger against the case to open. 

Then place your index finger in the space between the chimney and the cap. 

Spin forward with your middle finger and have your ring finger in the space your 
index finger was in as it spins forward. 

Then when the lighter is upside down have your thumb bring it to a full spin 
while striking the flint wheel. 

Hold cap in-between your palm and your last two fingers (pinky and ring finger) 
then push your thumb on the base to close. Vid should clarify.
